- Content creation and curation
- Social media advertising and promotion
- Social media analytics and reporting
- Social media account setup and optimization
- Social media crisis management

*Client Responsibilities*

The Client is responsible for:

- Providing SMM North with accurate and timely information about their business and social media goals
- Approving all content and advertising materials before they are published
- Responding to SMM North's requests for information and feedback in a timely manner
- Paying all invoices on time and in accordance with the payment terms

*SMM North Responsibilities*

SMM North is responsible for:

- Providing high-quality social media management services that meet the Client's needs and goals
- Managing the Client's social media presence in a professional and respectful manner
- Keeping the Client informed about their social media performance and providing regular reporting and analysis
- Maintaining the confidentiality and security of the Client's information and social media accounts

*Payment Terms*

The Client agrees to pay SMM North for the services provided, according to the agreed-upon payment terms. The payment terms may include:

- Monthly retainer fees
- Project-based fees
- Hourly fees

*Cancellation and Termination*

Either party may cancel or terminate the agreement with written notice to the other party. Upon cancellation or termination, SMM North will:

- Cease all work on the Client's social media accounts
- Return all Client property and confidential information
- Provide the Client with a final invoice for any outstanding fees

*Intellectual Property*

SMM nordretains all intellectual property rights to the content and materials created for the Client. The Client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the content and materials for their social media purposes.

*Confidentiality*

SMM North will maintain the confidentiality and security of the Client's information and social media accounts. SMM North will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without the Client's prior written consent.

*Warranties and Representations*

SMM nordwarrants and represents that:

- The services will be provided in a professional and workmanlike manner
- The services will meet the Client's needs and goals
- SMM North has the necessary skills and expertise to provide the services

*Limitation of Liability*

In no event will SMM North be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the services. SMM North's liability will be limited to the amount of fees paid by the Client for the services.
